Design leaders are increasingly expected to demonstrate the impact of their work—not just through great products, services, and experiences, but through outcomes that matter to the business. Yet many designers struggle to translate their work into the language of strategy, metrics, and organizational value.
In this interactive workshop, design leader and educator Doug Powell shares practical frameworks for measuring and articulating the value of design. Participants will explore how to connect design work to business goals, identify meaningful metrics, and build a clear and compelling narrative. The material of this workshop is drawn from Expanding Organizational Influence, the online course Doug teaches for iF Design Academy.
Doug Powell is an award-winning executive design leader, consultant, and coach with more than 30 years of experience in a wide range of design disciplines.
