Description

How UX designers can leverage their skills to improve artificial intelligence.

While artificial intelligence (AI) has shown tremendous value in areas like medicine, business, and finance, there have been numerous examples where AI has gone wrong and had a profound negative human impact. As UX designers and researchers, we are well positioned to bring a human-centered approach to AI teams. In this talk, I will discuss the unique opportunities UX designers and researchers have to help shape the future of AI.
