UX Whiteboard Challenge

Are you ready to think out loud? Or would you prefer to watch senior practitioners talk through their process and collaboration tools?

Join us for a fun event where we’ll learn from one another at the whiteboard. We’ll break up into small groups, and volunteers will pick a challenge and work on it with their group for 15 minutes sharing how they’d approach the problem, the process, the design — anything goes!

Key Info

No one is required to speak publicly or work at the whiteboard, but everyone is encouraged to ask questions and actively listen & participate in the way that you feel comfortable.
We’ll have moderators floating around to help keep groups on track

6:15-7:00pm: Sign-in, grab some refreshments & food, networking
7:00-7:30pm: Intros & instruction
7:30-8:30pm: Whiteboard breakout sessions
8:30-9:00pm: Wrap up & networking

Parking

There should be ample parking in the lot.

Below is a visual aid to help you get to the right place. You will want to enter through the “grand gallery,” which is a glass entrance with black trim. Once inside, the person working the security desk can direct you to the correct elevator and let you up to the third floor.

Waitlist

If the event fills up, you can join the waitlist. Two days before the event if there are spots available, we'll notify those on the waitlist. Any available spots will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
