Solving Design Problems with Collaborative Methods

We are having four speakers (in 10 min sessions) share their most favorite collaborative methods. The methods may be workshops/collaborative meetings, software, process-related or all of the above. The panelists will be available for a combined 20 min question & answer session. This is a great primer to gain insight into how some of your peers solve design problems we can all relate to.
