IBM Mobile User Experience

IBM's Flex System Manager for Android, BlackBerry and iOS was formally made available at the end of 2012.  The application allows users to easily monitor their IBM Flex System (a next generation infrastructure integrating compute, storage, and networking resources), providing access to health problems, event history, real time views of front and rear systems, and all hardware components installed in a chassis.

Kevin Schultz, Mark Molander, and Carlos Santana will present the application as well as the iterative path to creating it and getting it out the door.

Learn more, watch the video, and download IBM Flex System Manager for Android, BlackBerry, and iOS on IBM’s site.

A light dinner will be provided for the cost of registration. Vegetarian options will be provided. Please email events@triuxpa.org if you have any dietary needs/allergies.

About the Presentation

This grassroots development effort grew out of a combination of internal insights, a partnership with IBM Research in Austin, TX, and especially the needs of customers.  The presenters will talk about their process, show some early work, and also touch on some of their many challenges and experiences.  Lastly, they will discuss future plans.

Agenda
